AllPhase human MSC culture medium is a complete xeno-free medium for supporting the growth and  expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs), including adipose derived stem cell (ADSC) and umbilicord derived mesenchymal stem cell (UC-MSC).

hMSCs cultured in AllPhase human MSC culture medium show superior expansion and self-renewal potency in comparison to serum-containing medium and other commercial serum-free medium (Fig.1). Also, these hMSCs exhibit a primitive morphology(Fig.2), tri-lineage differentiation potential (Fig.3)and normal hMSC marker profiles over long-term culture (Fig.4).

Human MSCs grow in AllPhase MSC culture medium exhibit a primitive morphology, which is a much smaller, spinle-shaped morphology and can reach densities >1.0×10^5 cells/cm^2.
