AllPhase human MSC culture medium is a complete xeno-free and serum-free medium supporting the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs), including bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BM-MSC) adipose derived stem cell (ADSC) and umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cell (UC-MSC). Duogenic AllPhase medium makes cells expansion more efficient without any coating. Each AllPhase MSC culture medium lot is ISO13485 certified, GMP-grade and controlled by rigorous quality procedure.

Cells retains trilineage differentiation capacity and display the  characteristic MSCs surface markers

hMSC-UC cultured in AllPhase MSC medium maintain a strong differentiation potential. (a) hMSCs-UC cultured in AllPhase from passage 5 after initial isolation in AllPhase, and differentiated into (b) osteocytes (alizarin red), (c) adipocytes (oil red O), (d) chondrocytes (alcian blue).

The cells can be cultured in various TC treated vessel without any coating

Coating free adhesion capacity. Human ADSCs cultured in AllPhase have similar adhesion capacity than cells cultured in serum-containing medium. Cells were stained with crystal violet 20, 40 and 60 minutes after seeding.
